What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address, postcode or area and job description you give us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details.

Lawful basis

We handle enquiry details because you have asked us to respond, to take steps towards a contract with you, and where we have a legal obligation to keep records of work carried out.

Sharing and retention

Your details are not sold and are shared only with the service providers that deliver our email and website hosting, or where the law requires it. We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as they are needed for the work, and for any period we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to restrict or object to how we use them, and ask for them to be transferred to you. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your details.
